Policy, Local Meetup, and Shipping

  • No refunds All sales are final NO EXCEPTIONS (unless it's an inconvenience on my end)
  • If you require a service, please allow 1-3 additional processing days. (If the product is on hand)
  • Preorders are available (Please note: You must pay half upfront)
  • If the item isn't on hand, customized orders are available. (Please note: Processing days can be anywhere from 7-14 days without service and 14-21 with service)
  • For all local meetups/pickups, the location will be discussed via text upon delivery days.
  • No deliveries or shipping on the weekends (unless discussed) 

Local Meetup Days:

  • Monday 4pm-7pm
  • Wednesday 4pm-7pm
  • Friday 4pm-9pm

For all orders that have to be shipped, we will stop taking orders at 2pm. Any orders after 2pm will be shipped the following day. 

Shipping days Monday-Friday 9am-2pm
